IAPI Future Heads : Developing Young Talent in Advertising

In this podcast guest presenter Edwina Neilan reports from the IAPI Future Heads event  - The Big Grill - held in July 2013. In the podcast Edwina interviews Deputy Managing Director MediaVest Ireland by telephone, and she reports from the event with interviewees Kieran O'Donovan ( Cawley Nea ) Antonia Mc Taggart ( Starcom ) and Mark Tanguy ( Mediavest ). The IAPI Future Heads is a group of young people in the Irish advertising industry who wish to connect, inspire and foster new emerging talent within the advertising and communications industry. The Big Grill event offered  chance to younger entrants to the advertisng industry network with, and hear the views of, leading members of the Irish advertising industry on their experiences.
