As Imperial College’s Sustainability week is coming to an end, we took the time to provide you with more information on the university’s previous sustainability efforts and commitments being made, but also what is going to happen in the future to create a campus live that is aligned with our planetary boundaries  In that regard, Imperial’s food & drink offering will play a vital role in the shift toward more climate friendly operations. In this episode, Claudia and Moritz welcome Ella Shepherd onto the show who has been driving Imperial’s new food and drink policy which amongst other things is looking to cut out beef from the unversities food offering entirely by 2026!  Join us for a slightly different episode and let us know if you have any other recommendations for Imperial’s sustainability efforts.
