IBAHpod #11: Children of the Mekong

from In bed with Aaron & Helene Podcast

In today's episode we interview Jean-Marc Debricon, founder of Children of the Mekong in the UK, a charity sponsoring children across south east Asia helping them with food, education and living costs. This particular charity is very close to Helene's heart in particular. We discuss the work done by the charity in Cambodia with two generations of children, rebuilding lives and livelihoods since the damage done by the Khmer Rouge. We couldn't do this one indoors unfortunately. We planned to visit Jean-Marc at his office but they were closed for an event. Instead we met at the Buddhist pagoda in Battersea Park, so this episode comes complete with birdsong, helicopters and crows... You can find out more about the charity at www.childrenofthemekong.org
