IBAHpod #14: Special guest Luiz "Manxinha" Ribeiro returns!

We're back, he's back, all is right with the world!  By popular demand we bring you another instalment of our favourite guest, Mr. Luiz "Manxinha" Ribeiro, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and head coach at London Fight Factory gym, England. Last time it was the life story, now it's some of the details. Who is the mysterious "Osvaldo"? How did he impact the life of our coach so much. We get a little philosophical this episode, talking about the past, the present and the even a little of the future of our beloved gym. We also dip a little into nutrition, vegans and the importance of varied and balanced training for martial arts.
