IBAHpod #18: The light at the end of the tunnel

We're back in bed for today's show, covering a whole range of topics. This past weekend we went to IBAHpod alumni Alex McDowell's wedding, so that's where we start off! Aaron needs to distract himself from the whole losing nine kilograms for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament thing... so Helene shares some lovely childhood stories about Madame Lin, her piano teacher. Turns out staying the night at your music teacher's house isn't the fun scene out of a movie you would imagine it to be!  Just as dieting down for a fight has it's purpose, we look at the discipline it takes to stick with anything, be it music, art or fighting in martial arts competitions.
