Today's special guest is our good friend, training partner and sometimes coach Jeremy "Ninja" Petley who is a pro MMA fighter training at the well known London Fight Factory gym based in the UK. Shrek is love, Shrek is life. A strange motto to live by but one in which Jeremy tries his hardest to honour.
