Today I am joined with some great people where we share our IBD stories, all three of today's guests where diagnosed in the early 2000's Surakhsha and Sharan have Crohn's Disease and Ru who has Ulcerative Colitis. We also talk being immunocompromised talking azathioprine with biologics, we talk fatigue, and each of today's guests share their Stoma stories, and how long it took to get diagnosed with IBD.  We talk Fatigue too, Covid and boosters as well plus medication that may dampen our immune system and Mental Health.  Surakhsha shares what IBD is like in Portugal and everyone shares some great advise about how to advocate for yourself is important!
