IBD Stories: Communities Unite with Surakhsha, Ru and Sharan

Today I am joined with some great people where we share our IBD stories, all three of today's guests where diagnosed in the early 2000's Surakhsha and Sharan have Crohn's Disease and Ru who has Ulcerative Colitis. Lots of great topics in today's episode, diagnosis journey's supportive network, how social media can good and also draining.
