När Ibrahim Baylan tillträdde som energiminister fick han en huvudsaklig uppgift av statsministern: att ta fram en blocköverskridande överenskommelse för svensk energipolitik. Den 10 juni 2016, knappt två år senare, var Energiöverenskommelsen ett faktum. I det artonde avsnittet av Solcellskollens podcast satt vi ner på Regeringskansliet med Ibrahim Baylan för att prata om arbetet med Energiöverenskommelsen och vad den innebär för Sverige. Vi hörde även om hur han ser på (effekt)utmaningarna när andelen förnybar el ökar, och hur man egentligen ska tolka målet om ett 100% förnybart elsystem i kombination med tillåtelsen att bygga ny kärnkraft.
