IBS gotcha! Restaurant breakfasts...

Seriously. What is it with diners and restaurant breakfasts?Why is nearly everything on the menu a sneaky high fat IBS trigger food?PancakesWafflesFrench toastBiscuitsSconesPastriesCroissantsPie crustDoughnutsIn my ideal world? I avoid the gotchas! and cook safe, low fat, trigger free versions at home.In my real world?
