ICE arrests slowed down since February, do we see this in LA?

The New York Times has reported a dip in immigration arrests last month in major cities, including Los Angeles. It was also reported that the Department of Homeland Security is focusing on conducting more targeted enforcement operations, rather than indiscriminate street sweeps. This all comes after the shooting deaths of U.S. citizens Alex Pretty and Renee Good by immigration agents in Minneapolis in January. So, have immigration arrests slowed down in LA? We spoke with Guillermo Torres, the Immigration Program Director at Clergy and Laity United for Economic Justice, who shares what's happening on the ground.
