"Ice Baby" Winter Car Cover (Tom Walma)

Idea: A heated car cover for winter so you don't have to scrape snow and ice off your car. When not in use, it would be kept inside a box in one of the car seats. The box would look like a baby, and would be hollow like a Russian nesting doll. The car cover would be permanently attached to the box, and would have a hole for your car door latch, so you could close your car door with part of the car cover still inside the car (and also connected to the cigarette lighter for electricity to heat the car cover in the rare case that ice freezes it to the outside of the car). Also, keeping part of the car cover attached to the box in the car seat ensures that the car cover is always aligned correctly for quickly and easily wrapping it around the car (i.e. you don't have to fumble with finding the front of the car cover, the car cover blowing away, etc).
