The Minnesota Board of Pardons, made up of Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Chief Justice Natalie Hudson pardoned Laotian national Tou Lue Vang. In 2005, Vang pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. A former daycare teacher has been charged with the malicious punishment of a four-year-old boy. The 29-year-old man from Woodbury worked at New Horizon Academy in St. Paul. A Wisconsin family is blaming Target for the wrongful death of their infant child. Esther Jo Bethard died in 2023 after eating what's called a water bead. The toys expand when they interact with liquid, creating a possible hazard when ingested.And the weather is really heating up.
