Ashley was a hand selected leader in the largest Wim Hof Winter expedition and guided 300 people up mount Snezka in their shorts. She is a strong believer in living to its fullest and dedicated her life to helping people do the same and push past their comfort zones. She is the founder of Websters Wellness in Dundas, a studio of alchemy. Ashley is a nature lover and spends most of her spare time running the local trails. She is a 2 time full marathon finisher and certified personal training. Ashley believes wellness is the homesis of a healthy mind, body and spirit. Describe your relationship to water and how it found you? The water found me when I was looking to change my inner world. The cold open water was a representation of the unknown. When I changed my relationship with the cold I changed my relationship with water. When my outer world started changing, my inner one did too.
