Idaho Vandals in Big Sky Tournament

Idahos mens basketball team, led by coach Alex Pribble, enters the Big Sky Tournament with momentum, securing their first winning regular season since 2018. The Vandals, with a 17-14 overall record and a 9-9 conference mark, face Sacramento State tonight at 7 PM Pacific Time in Boises Idaho Central Arena. A win against the Hornets, who they swept this year, would send them to the next round against Montana State. The team boasts five players from Idaho, the most since 1972, and has improved their rebounding margin by 3.8 points, winning that battle in 19 of 31 games. Key numbers highlight their turnaround, including a school record of 312 three-pointers and six players with over 500 career points.
