Do you avoid looking at your bank account? Do you feel guilty for spending money? Do you have a hard time letting a friend pay for you? Are you dishonest about your financial situation? A lot of us have a misguided relationship with spending money. My wonderful friend Adrian @adrianellison tells us her money story that she grew up with. How she would manipulate her lovers and friends. How she had an extremely difficult time being honest with money. How she has improved and is cleaning up this narrative. Money is energy and how we can create as much as we want. Adrian gives us real tools to use to identify our money story and how to reframe it for our benefit.
