Identifying poor practice and doing something about it.

Often clients notice that they are not being heard or acknowledged by workers. We need to confront this sort of behaviour and ask for it to change. By doing nothing it will never change. I talk about my experiences of poor social work practice and offer suggestions as to how we can combat such behaviours and therefore improve outcomes for kids.
