Sarah has extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR). She is passionate about helping others grow, heal, and create a life worth living. Aside from her role as Therapist, Sarah is a wife to Stephen and a mother to her three kiddos Everett, James Shepherd & Willow.
