So, he began working at the ripe age of 17 on his first property, with no idea how to move forward.How important it is to network: especially when, at the time, he had to search people up on yellow pages and talk his way through social groups in order to find mentors, contacts and positive people that would share the right interests.The importance of not taking too much on your plate, and instead finding people who can assist you in matters where you need help. The unprecedented value of truly investing in yourself and abandoning the consummer mindset, and starting to think like an investor. If the budget does not allow you to go big, to start educating yourself through podcasts, books, and other resources to further your success.How we are all programmed to be told no and growing accustomed to staying in our comfort zone... and how we MUST put our own effort and motivation in order to achieve our goals. It is okay to be uncomfortable, we HAVE to keep pushing ourselves to the point of success!How we use time as an excuse, when in reality, our priorities are the issue.
