Some of these systems are scientific, some symbolic, some spiritual, and some cultural — but all of them offer language for self-understanding.Important note: we are not experts. This isn’t about putting yourself in a box or chasing the “right” identity. These systems are mirrors, not definitions — tools for compassion, awareness, and curiosity, not cages.
