The journey is an inward one ... it always has been... we were just living an illusion for a while .. But now you are awake ... now you understand and you are ready to dive into the compartments that you would have otherwise continued to push down or ignore .. now comes the hero's journey.  One of the most powerful ways I have been able to not only explore this inner journey and connection to "everything" and my place in it... was to look at the actions I was taking every day in the world ... These actions are based on beliefs ... beliefs were developed in most cases by trying to fit into the external world...  Now you can track your behaviors backward to the origin of them at your core...
