Identity Theft !

I know the Big G word, but don't panic - this ep is not about Bereavement, but that we have had the word Grief taken away from us as a process to deal with ongoing change in life.We DO lose things as we go through life and that is definitely not all bad! Jobs come and go, as do friends, relationships, diets, exercise, health, schools and houses. Sometimes it is our will that moves us onward to the next chapter; other times our expectations, hopes and dreams are dashed and ruined by circumstances beyond our control.In this ep we tune in to the natural process of loss, and reclaim it for all our identities that depart. We are not enslaved by a productivity culture that insists - we must be okay. Join us to process loss properly, adapting and integrating it to become something new, and develop good mental health practices.
