The album will be celebrated with a record release show the same evening at Warehouse on Broadway in Kansas City, MO, alongside metal heavyweights Norma Jean.Born from necessity and personal upheaval, Life Is Violence is a searing, emotionally charged collection of eight tracks written and recorded in complete creative isolation at Ocean Sound Studio in Norway. The collaboration between Ingram and Barber—longtime friends and kindred spirits—came to fruition after years of false starts, catalyzed by Barber's self-imposed writing retreat in the Pacific Northwest.
