If God Is Sovereign, Why Preach?

Why preach if God has already chosen who will be saved? In Antioch, Paul announces that God guided Israel’s history, brought Jesus as Saviour, and raised Him from death. Through Jesus, everyone who believes receives forgiveness and right standing with God. Some ask to hear more, some believe, and others reject the gospel in jealousy, so each person remains responsible for answering it.
