Beyond Religion: Embracing Your Unique Spiritual Journey In this episode, I open my heart to share my personal journey with spirituality and religion. Growing up in a Catholic family, I experienced the sacraments and all the rituals that came with them. But as time went on, I found myself moving away from the confines of organized religion. What I’ve learned is that spirituality has no rules—unlike religion—and each of our spiritual paths is beautifully unique. I encourage you to respect each other's beliefs without judgment or the need to impose your own. I'll also share a story from a mentoring session, where I highlight the importance of discovering your own spiritual connection, free from the weight of rigid rules.
