"If My People Pray" Sermon 7 - Family Prayer: Deuteronomy 6:4-9

 We examine our annual vision of prayer by looking at family prayer. We have already talked much this year about personal prayer and corporate prayer. However, because we understand that the family is the most fundamental relational group in history, it should not shock us that praying with our family, especially our spouse and children, is another critical aspect of a growing spiritual life. Sunday, we will look at biblical principles and practical ideas on why and how to pray with your family. Series OverviewThe 2024 vision for North Conway will be “If my people pray…” Throughout this year, we will focus, as a church, on sharpening and deepening our prayer life in our private lives, in our families, and in our church. This coming Sunday, Pastor Jay will kick off the year with an introductory sermon on prayer. What is prayer? Why do we pray? How do we pray? What do we hope to accomplish with prayer? These are all simple questions, but they have very profound answers. Answers that have the power to change our lives and the lives of those around us.
