If we put an expectation of Nebrasketball making the NCAA Tournament 5 out of 10 years, is that fair or not?

-If Nebrasketball makes the Dance this year, it would be 2 straight years and the 9th overall appearance in the history of the tournament-That’s not good but let’s look ahead.
