If you are having problems trying to make a complaint to a business on they did not get the memo

Time and time again we have little snags in our communication with companies that we deal with on a daily basis for some reason the people in charge has some type of mental dysfunction thinking that the client that's coming them for help is actually trying to harm them it's not true people are just trying to take care of their business and what you met with at the door is a person with a negative attitude that's doing their best to sidetrack a person that's only trying to conduct their business from point a to point b
