IF YOU WANT THE SAFTEY OF NEVER BEING ATTACKED TAKE OUT THE BIGGEST, MEANEST, MOST

IF YOU WANT THE SAFTEY OF NEVER BEING ATTACKED TAKE OUT THE BIGGEST, MEANEST, MOST THREATENING OPPONENT FIRST. THAT’S A LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE AS WELL AS A POLITICAL ONE... “A bully comes in many shapes and sizes. A bully will take your things, your rights, your freedoms, you will power, your joy and your pomace. A bully will often ‘gaslight you’ into believing you are the cause of the bullying, you deserve it, you made them do it. The only hope you have is that a bigger, meaner someone with goodness in them step in to defend you. If you are in danger of being bullied the most common advice is to ‘stand up’ to the bully and fight back. In leadership, don’t be a bully be a defender of those bullied.” J Loren Norris Watch the video #leadingleaderspodcast 7-23-21: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/if-you-want-the-saftey-of-never-being-attacked-take-out-the-biggest-meanest-most-threatening-opponent-first ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
