The Minnesota Promise Act is $60 Million dollar grant that disadvantaged businesses can apply for as they build toward their full potential. Sally Boyd has run the Personality Child Care Learning Center in North Minneapolis for over two decades and she received funding from the first round of the Minnesota Promise Act.
