IF YOUR TEAM IS A MESS, TRY THANKING THEM

IF YOUR TEAM IS A MESS, TRY THANKING THEM “Most leaders can find trouble where none exists. Leaders can predict and pre-ject the behavior of team mates with great regularity and horrible accuracy. Humans tend to find what they’re looking for in all circumstances, relationships and opportunities. The person who seeks a growth opportunity will find one. The person who seeks rejection by others will find it. The person who seeks a compliment will find one, it may not be genuine, but they know how to evoke a compliment if that’s what feeds their soul. A person who seeks to be lonely, left out and lost will find themselves on the outside looking in. A leader who seeks the best performance, attitude and outcome will also find it. Seek these things by saying thank you for them even before you see them happen and you will expedite the opportunity to find them.” J Loren Norris WATCH THE VIDEO 12-08-23: https://rumble.com/v409cfz-if-your-team-is-a-mess-try-thanking-them.html Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Spotify - https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/j-loren-norris CLICK HERE to schedule a FREE CALL with Loren https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163 ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
