Jeremiah is an engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for consulting and leading teams. He loves learning new things, finding unexpected solutions to complex challenges, and building well-integrated high-performance teams. He holds professional engineer licenses in 15 states. He has approximately 20 years' experience in the utility space.

Jeremiah is the founder and CEO of Cross Discipline Engineering, LLC. Cross Discipline provides professional engineering consulting services to electric utilities and those who support them. From project inception to project energization—Substation, Transmission, and Distribution—Cross Discipline offers a full range of resources including project planning and scoping, detailed engineering design, 3D/4D modeling, "turn-key equivalent" procurement support, project and program management, contract administration, and construction observation.
