Business, relationships and every day wanderings require communication.  According to my guest Michelle Gladieux, raising your game as a communicator is one of the best ways to make a difference in the world, but it takes courage.Michelle is an instructional designer, trainer and executive coach.  She has 18 years of collegiate teaching experience and has her own consulting company helping teams of people communicate with courage.Her new book COMMUNICATE WITH COURAGE guides us on a journey to take risks to overcome four hidden challenges that Michelle has identified.
