IGNITE and find The Still Point with Kevin Krenitsky
from Ignite Your Spark · host Kim Selby
Send us Fan MailTodays guest is Kevin Krenitsky the author of a soon to be released book entitled The Still Point, The Simplicity of Spiritual Enlightenment. Kevin has been, at times, a professional, rock musician, a medical doctor and a business executive. Despite leading what others might consider a very successful life, he lived with a deep background of anxiety, fear and stress that came in and out of his life since he was a child. At the age of 40 he reasoned there must be another way and he began a decade studying non duality by way of A Course in Miracles. We go into what exactly is non duality, what is the ego and how to become more aware, in fact that is the mantra I took away from this book. I am aware! It’s a fascinating conversation that gets quite philosophical and as you will hear me proclaim, help, I feel like I’m in a college philosophy class with so many questions. I learned, as you will, that the ego doesn’t exist, love is the recognition of what we truly are and we all have access to the still point. As usual, thanks for tuning in and if you are enjoying the podcast I hope you will continue to share with your friends, lets keep igniting sparks ok?www.authorkevinkrenitsky.comwww.kimduffselby.comInstagram: @kimduffselby
