Send us Fan MailWelcome to Season 2 of IGNITE YOUR SPARK!  My truly shiny guest today is Kara Latta, the Playful Warrior.  Isn't that name just the best?Kara founded her company during Covid after a series of incidents leading to a rather "dark night of the soul". She lost her job,  was dealing with health issues, healing from past childhood traumas and experienced a cockroach infestation - ugh!  A therapist recommended she reconnect with her inner child and by doing so she rediscovered the power of play. She continued working on herself and received certifications in NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy.  Now she has combined all of her experience, her love of play and her natural gifts to work with others as a Play and Mindset Coach.
