Her journey has not been easy - diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in 2008, it came back in 2009, and again in 2010 and in 2017 came a stage 4 lung cancer diagnoses. Anna had three young children, was in a less than perfect marriage, was working full time and dealing with cancer. Going to the lipstick counters at her favorite stores was a way of coping. She would shop for a lipstick color that matched her mood. The lovely cosmetic ladies were her therapists.Anna began a blog called The Lipstick Journey, turned it into a book and then created a company. She wanted to help other women feel not so alone through their cancer journey. It took longer than she thought to get the company up and running, and her positive attitude and ability to see life as a gift, came through for her.
