Ike Jackson, Former Cowboy QB, Joins OState Daily

Ike Jackson came to OSU as a promising but raw QB out of Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Learning how to read defenses and lead a team full of future NFL players took a minute. But in 1982, he became a starter and had some great moments. Jackson eventually transferred to Cameron, so things weren't always perfect at OSU, and we talk about all of that in this interview. But make no mistake, he still bleeds orange and couldn't be more proud of his time at OSU. We talk a LOT about THAT too.And he made lifelong friends that he stays in contact with consistently even today.
