La 31ª puntata di Run Is It è il resoconto della mia Mezza Maratona di Fiumicino 2022. Ho chiuso la gara in 1 ora e 20 minuti, pochi secondi sopra il mio personale primaverile, con l'11° posto assoluto e la 4° posizione di categoria, sufficiente per tornare a casa con tre bottiglie di vino e l’animo sereno.→ Note della puntata: https://riccardo.im/podcast/run-is-it-31/ → La gara su Strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/8204889627Ma il buon risultato è una sorpresa perché l’avvicinamento alla gara non è stato piacevole: i soliti bruciori allo stomaco, una sfiducia crescente, e la stessa fastidiosa puntura al fianco destro, altezza diaframma, che mi aveva bloccato poche settimane prima ad Arezzo. Per spiegarvi tutto senza perdere il filo sono dovuto tornare a quattro settimane fa, alla visita dall’osteopata e alla 5 km corsa in Feniglia, passando dagli allenamenti degli ultimi giorni e dalle parole motivanti di un podista esperto.Nella parte finale del podcast vi spiego perché uso con frequenza crescente le scarpe drop 0 di Altra Running, e in particolare perché le Altra Escalante Racer mi stanno dando proprio le sensazioni che cerco in gara.
