Italia e Unione europea si sono spesso scontrate su questo tema, ma la situazione non è cambiata. Quest’anno però le cose potrebbero andare diversamente, dato che una recente sentenza della Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione Europea potrebbe aver dato al governo italiano gli strumenti necessari per archiviare definitivamente il tema delle concessioni balneari.
