Cette semaine, Laurent Neumann reçoit dans Quid Juris le conseiller d’État, Christophe Eoche-Duval, spécialiste de l’inflation normative et auteur de « Pourquoi la France crève de trop de lois ", qui paraîtra aux Éditions Plon en mars 2024. Le Premier ministre Gabriel Attal l’a promis dans son discours de politique générale : la « débureaucratisation de la France ». En d’autres termes, la simplification législative, un refrain qui résonne dans les discours des premiers ministres, dans la tête des citoyens français et dans soixante et onze intitulés de textes législatifs, tandis que les normes ne cessent d’affluer. Christophe Eoche-Duval illustre en chiffres la volumétrie des normes : 45,3 millions de mots Légifrance. George Pompidou alertait déjà en 1966 : « Arrêtez d'emmerder les Français !
