Hi team, reality check in week at RBM this week. I’m talking about the sneaky little voice in our heads that tells us we can’t, shouldn’t, or aren’t good enough, and giving it the boot. Expect to hear more about the realities of running my business, from lost contracts to unexpected wins, I’m reflecting on how far I’ve come despite believing I wasn’t “cut out” for any of it.
