#292 - Governor Pritzker Signs Illinois Cannabis Omnibus Into Law

Governor JB Pritzker has signed Illinois’ cannabis omnibus legislation into law, marking one of the most significant updates to the state’s cannabis regulations since adult-use sales began in 2020.
