Illinois lawmakers push back on insurance rate hikes

Car and home insurance rates have spiked dramatically across the country, recently, Illinois lawmakers have passed two bills that set standards on insurance rates. "Only a handful of states have taken action,' to prevent these rate hikes says Scarr.
