Illinois Powerball Winner Steps Forward | St. Louis News

A two-dollar Quick Pick ticket turned into a $1.04 billion Powerball jackpot in Illinois — the eighth-largest in history — and the anonymous winner is still in shock, calling it a divine blessing. The winning numbers were 26, 67, 69, 66, 4 with Powerball 9, and the Hy-Vee store in Quincy earned a $500K bonus. With a year to claim, the winner chose anonymity and can take the cash or opt for 30 years of payments. Powerball draws three times weekly — Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays — and adding Powerplay for just $1 can boost non-jackpot wins. For one lucky soul, this was more than luck — it was life-changing magic. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
