ILMP Presents Mental Health Monday: Building The Right Brotherhood

As we continue into Men's Mental Health Monday, I wanted to discuss how important I think it is to make sure you are purposeful in building a tight friendship with a few men in your life to learn with and from and supporting each other. With the rise of suicide numbers amongst Black Men specifically, I think learning to build fellowship with men in your lives is important in men's mental health.
