On this week's episode of Mental Health Mondays, I close out Men's Mental Health Month with talking about what has helped me as a Single Man trying to refigure my life and being in a lonely household. Get you a pet! For Christmas, I got my son a cat, and I would've never thought she would mean as much to me as she does to him. Much Love.
