ILMP Presents Mental Health Monday: Grow Up and Show Yourself Grace

On this week's episode, I highlight this month as BIPOC mental health month. With that being the overall theme, I wanted to focus on the importance of giving and showing yourself grace. I think as a Person of Color, that is one thing we struggle with in our mental health journey as a people. Learning how to do that when things are good and bad is very vital. As Black Men, specifically I speak to actually investing in your mental health to mature and grow up to be the proper men for your families, partners and friends.
