ILMP Presents Mental Health Monday: Political Recheck

After starting out the month discussing finding a healthy space mentally with the upcoming election, I wanted to recheck in at the end of this month. This month has seen some of the biggest political events in recent history, with the attempted assassination of Donald Trump and the announcement of VP Kamala Harris as the democratic candidate. It has been a whirlwind of racial and sensitive topics these past couple of weeks. As a Black Man, I wanted to check in with us as we face the next couple months.
