ILMP Presents Mental Health Monday: Reacting To Diddy/Being an Ally

On this week's episode, I step away from the theme of this month's Mental Health Month and react to something that occurred this week. Seeing the video of rapper, Diddy, beating his then girlfriend on camera, was triggering for me. I know that it was triggering for victims of Domestic Abuse. On this episode, I give my reaction and speak to being an ally to victims of abuse.
