We chat about one his clients, the iconic Castro Theatre in San Francisco, and some of the changes they've gone through over the past few years. We also chat about life in Palm Springs, as so many LGBTQ+ folks from Los Angeles, San Francisco and other regions have expedited their retirement plans and have moved to Palm Springs for good. David also tells us about the sequel to his best-selling book, Upon This Rock... this time set in a small town in Spain and also based on a true story from the Spanish Civil War.
