We chat first about what Miles Partnership is all about, and how their work in DEI fits in with their business model. Along with Carla Vaca Pinacho and Melissa Cherry, Juan has been quite active attending a variety of DEI-focused events over the past month (where we've crossed paths a few times), including Tourism Diversity Matters, IGLTA Convention in Puerto Rico and the iconic Black Tie Dinner in Dallas.
